Class Cancellations: Payments will be refunded if a class is cancelled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants.
Liability: Game4Padel and its staff are not responsible for any loss or injury that occurs during the class.
Behaviour Policy: Game4Padel reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme, without refund, if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.
Medical Conditions: All medical conditions must be declared during registration. Please keep us informed of any changes by emailing or calling us at ryan@game4padel.com
Photography Consent: If you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes, please declare this during registration and keep us updated using the provided email address or phone number.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid bookings will be given priority.
Illness Policy: Please refrain from bringing your child to class if they have been ill within 48 hours prior to the class.
Missed Sessions: We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
Weather Cancellations: If sessions are missed due to typical bad weather, Game4Padel will offer a make-up session or provide a refund.
